Customers below the age of 18 must have their parent’s or guardian’s consent to place orders.
The prices are stated in UK Sterling inclusive of VAT.
Carriage is free on orders over GBP 30. On purchases for GBP 30 or less, a handling and carriage charge of GBP 3.90 will be added.
We accept no liability for any errors in illustrations, prices or other information and reserve the right to make changes without prior warning. In the event of a clearance sale, we are entitled to cancel the purchase and refund the amounts paid.
Delivery takes 3–5 working days and is made via PostNord, Schenker or DHL.
Terms of Payment We have an agreement with PayPal which offers a quick and secure card payment service with VISA and MasterCard.
Payment takes place via a secure connection. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments – 3D-Secure. This is a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the aim of ensuring secure validation of the consumer during online purchases.
When making a purchase, you fill in the card number, expiration date and CVC code at PayPal. You may also need to verify your card purchase with your card issuer using Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode.
Returns and Refunds Policy If you have a complaint about a faulty product, please contact us, providing your name, address, order number and the reason for your complaint. Once we have made initial contact we will immediately send you a new product, together with a prepaid return label for the faulty product, which we would ask that you return to us.
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days. The right of cancellation applies provided the product and packaging are returned to us in their original condition. The return carriage costs are paid by the consumer. A refund will be made within 30 days from receipt by us of the product in good order.

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you can complain about a product within six months from date of purchase.
